Shipping policy

All our goods are shipped direct to you from our US warehouse, unless we are out of stock there, and we ship from UK. You do not pay more, if its shipped from UK - don't worry. 

We use USPS, FedEx or UPS for parcel deliveries and you will receive a tracking code once shipped.

Typically, it will take 1-2 days to pick and pack, then ship, with the exception of our Luggage which we print in US, on demand. Luggage take 5-7 days to print and then we despatch via FedEx.
